New to the Personal Training industry he has managed to create a largely satisfied client base with his knowledge and determination to helping others achieve their goals. A self confessed perfectionist, Jay will not be satisfied until you are satisfied.

Jay specialises in Sport Specific training, designing tailored training programmes that would benefit the muscle group and muscle fibre recruitment to perform your sport the highest possible standard that you can achieve.
